Booking and Payments:

A non-refundable deposit of £100 is payable when booking.

Booking is confirmed once deposit is paid.

Remaining balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival date.

If booking less than 6 weeks in advance full payment will be required.

A £100 security/breakage deposit will be charged when paying in full or as part of your remaining balance, this will be refunded 14 days after departure unless any damage has been reported.

We do not offer any holiday insurance on bookings and as such we recommend you

have your own holiday insurance in place.

Sorry no same sex group bookings

Cancellation Policy:

We really hope you don't have to cancel your holiday but if you do here's what you will get back from the amount you have paid:

• 6 weeks 100% refund less £100 deposit

• 5 weeks 70% refund less £100 deposit

• 4 weeks 60% refund less £100 deposit

• 3 weeks 40% refund less £100 deposit

• 2 weeks 15% refund less £100 deposit

• 1 week or less no refund is given
